Uncommon, Late Production, December, 1951, 10 image, black & white animated filmstrip of Thumper s best friend Bambi by Walt Disney Studios. New for 1951, this Bambi Tru-Vue filmstrip was sold seperately or in a boxed set of four Disney Character filmstrips with viewer.
The Disney Character filmstrips were produced in the last year at Rock Island and the first year or so at Beaverton, Oregon. This is a late Rock Island, Illinois filmstrip (1951). These late filmstrips are among the most desirable Tru-Vue filmstrips because of their low production numbers. And their high demand and scarcity keeps their values high.
